Shipping policy

Here at Smelts Aromas we ship all your order via Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard which is a 3-5 working day delivery service.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery once you have received your dispatch email notification, this is Royal Mail's policy before they will trace an item for us or allow a claim to be made

Whilst we try our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, please note that due to us being a small business we do allow extra time for turnaround - approximately 5-7 working days unless stated otherwise.

We ask that you please ensure the correct delivery address is added upon your order being placed, unfortunately we are not held responsible for any incorrectly inputted addresses and will be unable to offer a refund or replacement due to address being entered incorrectly.

On the chance that your order is returned to ourselves due to an incorrect address you will be refunded however the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Due to Brexit, if ordering from outside the UK, you may be charged import duty which we are unable to take responsibility for.
